Daylight savings has arrived and with it brings longer days. This often leads to the thought that warm weather is just around the corner and the sandals and shorts will be out in no time. Don't be fooled, there have been many years when March is recorded as the snowiest month of the year. Temperatures CAN slowly start rising, however, from the depths of winter.
