Omni-Wick® is a moisture-management system developed by Columbia for use in their baselayer, activewear, and next-to-skin clothing. Quick to dry and extremely lightweight, this material transfers moisture away from your skin to keep you cool. Any excess moisture is brought to the outer layer of the fabric where it can easily evaporate, leaving you dry and comfortable. Aside from its next-to-skin applications, Omni-Wick® is also used in some of Columbia's active outerwear pieces, where weather protection and moisture wicking properties are a must.
